I just thought the headline was a bad joke, but no! Czech Republic, which currently holds the EU presidency castrated sex offenders and most officially Exibitionisten. Several hundred sex offenders were castrated in the Czech Republic in the last ten years - either by medication or by surgery. Is it really still? Are we in the Middle Ages? Since coming through the old Stalinist methods!
Removal of the Prager view of castration is not an option.The world of delusion is speechless because of this inhuman boundless impudence! Those are torture methods of the most offensive and most despicable kind!
